Could someone please explain what a "Special Executive Officer" is? A brief description of the duties and responsibilities related to this position would also be very appreciated.

A Special Executive Officer (SEO) is a person of high social standing appointed by the State Government to exercise specific magisterial powers. They attest documents, verify affidavits, and assist law enforcement in maintaining local public order.
